Easter by Nathan Blackwater

Easter by Nathan Blackwater

     Walking barefoot on the ground

Seeing the blooms on the tree

     Watching a street person smile

     It’s Easter.

     Taking God into myself

     Bread and Wine consumed

     Celebrating with faith people.

     It’s Easter.

     Handing out colored eggs

     Seeing children search

     Laughter everywhere.

     It’s Easter

     Death is not the end.

     Suffering is doable.

     Joy is possible again.

     It’s Easter.
